Apparently this is a parody, with some well done fake cover and label art. If you listen to it through to the end the person who's imitating Armstrong isn't really able to hold the mimicry through the talking section. Plus the scatting is pretty much a dead giveaway, cuz Armstrong was a way better scatter than that!
