Ayodele. ..I don't know what to say, other than you have to slip into lawyer mind to deal with the corporate slogs who really just want to clear your call in the alotted time frame. I've always found the comment, "I'm very dissatisfied with this service, can I speak to your manager. AI keep repeating my "solution" and until I get a, "yes," I keep asking for their manager. It also helps to look up their "24 hour service policy" before making the call. <BR/><BR/>I'm now in the U.K. and my American bank is a continuous fuck up.
